Milton Gerald Koslow, 87, passed away on Sunday evening, November 8, 2020 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. He was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. Milton studied at New York University, when in 1954 he received a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounts and Finance. Milton would spend weekends at his parent’s chicken farm in Toms River, NJ.

After graduation, Milton served during peacetime in the United States Army at Fort Dix, NJ. He then started his career as an Auditor for the Milk Market Administration for the Department of Agriculture. He worked his way up to the Head of the NY office and set the milk prices for the east coast. During his 30 years of service he was approached several times to be the Head of the Department of Agriculture and turned it down. He retired in 1986 as the Head of the Milk Market Administration New York City office. Milton met his wife Marilyn at a dance and they were married in 1958. They moved to North Brunswick, eventually buying a house in Edison. Milton and Marilyn spent 50 years in Edison raising their family. After his wife passed away, he moved to Monroe, NJ.

Milton was very much into the stock market and enjoyed watching the ticker tape and news channels every day. Milton loved making money!

He was a great family man, who loved to travel to Florida for the winter and was always busy working around the house. He would take his family camping every summer to many different places.

Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Rose (Kohn) Koslow and his wife Marilyn (Leonard) Koslow, Milton is survived by his loving children Jerry Koslow, Linda Mills, Joanne Kunz and Julie Ginsberg-Ferraro, his cherished grandchildren, Taryn Koslow, Jeremy Metrovsky, Megan Ginsberg and Paula Ferraro.

A private funeral service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, New Brunswick with entombment following at Beth Israel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Woodbridge, NJ.
