Milquiades "Mike" Jerez, 40, passed away at his home on Sunday, November 17, 2019 in New Brunswick, NJ. He was born in the Dominican Republic and came to Manhattan when he was 14 years old. Mike has been a resident of New Brunswick for 22 years.
During his lifetime, Mike had various jobs, for awhile he worked for many companies that did furniture removal, but his dream job was to be a mechanic. Mike was a mechanic for Puente Auto Repair in New Brunswick.
Mike loved spending time with his mom and his children. He was a "people person" and loved to draw. Mike was a very intelligent, honest and humble person as well as funny.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved mother Nidia Margarita Jerez Abreu, his loving children Mike Jerez, Yamylka and Yanmatthew Pichardo, his dear brothers and sisters Angelina, Joselo, Paol;a and Abel and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel. 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Sunday, November 24th from 5 - 8 pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, November 25th at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel RC Church, 75 Morris Street, New Brunswick, NJ. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
