He was a graduate of Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD with a bachelors degree.
Michael was an avid fan of the Yankees, Jets and Knicks and was a devoted pet owner to Marley, his dog.
He leaves behind his father and stepmother William and Audrey Tarplin, his mother and stepfather Miriam (Rogoff) and Charles Elin, his brothers Dan Tarplin and his wife Suzanne, Sam Tarplin, his sister and brother-in-law Rachel and Thierry Elin-Saintine, his companion Jackie Bienenstock and her son Jacob Irvin and his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will take place on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 10 am at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick. Interment at Beth Abraham Cemetery, East Brunswick, NJ.
