Luis A. Riega, 38, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the University Hospital in Newark after a brief illness. He was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, coming to the United States 23 years ago. Luis has been living in New Brunswick, NJ.
Luis was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed playing Dominoes with his friends and family. Luis was the family spokesman. He always was there to help his family with any problems or the good things that came to them.
Predeceased by his father Luis A. Riega in 2015 and is survived by his beloved mother, Paquita Rojas, his dear sister, Doris Mascena, his cherished niecs and nephew, Katherine, Sebastian and Emily, as well as many cousins and friends.
Visiting will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 7- 9 pm. Funeral Service at the funeral home on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10 am. Interment Elmwood Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
