Jerry E. De Sarno ,64, passed away at his residence on Monday, May 27, 2019. He was born in Newark, NJ and had lived in the Vailsburg section of Newark and Bayville, NJ. Jerry has spent most of his life in North Brunswick, NJ.
He was a 1983 graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Jerry was employed by the University for 30 years as a Distribution Specialist in the ASB Building. Jerry was a freelance writer for the Home News Tribune for many years.
He was an avid reader and traveled the world. Jerry was funny and articulate at the same time.
Predeceased by his parents Jerry E., Sr. and Barbara (Mc Cann) De Sarno, he was a good brother to James De Sarno & his wife Carol, Agnes & her husband George Truszkowski, Gail Fineo and Susan and her husband Robert Winward. Jerry is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Cremation services were held privately at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick, NJ.
