He was born in New Brunswick, raise in East Brunswick, (Milltown) and has been living in Millville for several years before his passing.
Howard was a graduate of East Brunswick High School. He worked several jobs during the years down in Millville.
Howard is survived by his beloved parents, Stanley and Elaine (Greenbaum) Katz, his loving brothers, Jack M. Katz and Joseph S. Katz and his cherished nieces and nephew, Melissa N. Katz, Sarah Elizabeth Katz and Joshua F. Katz.
Graveside Services will be held at the Riverside Cemetery, 12 Market Street, Saddle Brook, NJ at 11 am, Friday, July 31, 2020.
