He was a construction worker with his cousin's construction company, Bentacourt Construction for a few years.
Erik is survived by his fiancée, Kenia Blanco, his son Junior Blanco, his aunt who raised him Carmen Gil, his cousins Rafael Merino, Francisco Merino, his mother Maria Sequeira and a sister Lisvania
Visitation will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Saturday, July 13th from 9 -11 am. A Blessing will be given at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
