Mrs. Doris M. Packer, 87, passed away at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, she moved to Edison in 1962. Doris resided in Edison for 52 years before moving to Piscataway, NJ five years ago.
She worked into her seventies as an Office Manager for a company in Edison before retiring.
Doris enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Frieda (Weinberg) Bormack and her husband Bertram Packer, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jeffrey and Renee Packer, her daughter and son-in-law Amy Ellen and Jim Flannery, her grandchildren Marissa, Allison, Emily, Craig, Daniel and Laura and her four great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held privately.
