Cesar J. Taveras, 60, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Easton Hospital, Easton, PA. He was born and raised in Moca, Dominican Republic and has lived between New Brunswick, NJ and Easton, PA for twenty four years.
Cesar was a hard working man. He was employed by Albea in Washington, NJ as a warehouseman for seventeen years. Cesar always said his job was his therapy and exercise.
He played chess on a professional level, loved bells of all kinds, enjoyed cooking for his family and friends and making everyone laugh..."he was the life of the party".
Cesar loved his family very deeply and will be missed by his wife, Sandra Rosas, his daughter Cinthya Taveras, his sons Cesar Antonio Taveras, Cesar Abraham Taveras, Nicolas Rafael Taveras, Herman Michel Taveras and Waldy J. Rodriguez, his grandchildren Kayla, Alyah and Elianna Taveras, his brothers German and Ivan Taveras and his sisters, Estela, Nuris, Maria (Mery), Sandra and Germania (Jannette)Taveras. He was predeceased by his parents Herman and Carmen and his brother Julio Cesar and Jose Nicolas Taveras.
Visiting will take place at the Crabiel Parwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 5-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be said at St Mary's of Mount Virgin RC Church, (Parish of the Visitation), Corner of Sandford Street and Remsen Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10 am.
