Thomas G. Carmella, 98, passed away at the Princeton Care Center on Thursday, July 14, 2016. He was born in Dubois, PA and has lived in New and North Brunswick, NJ for many years.
Thomas was a Shoe Cobbler for many years in the Middlesex County area.
Predeceased by his parents Pasquel and Leona (Ironica) Carmella, his wife Bessie (Reano), his sons Patrick and Gaetano, three brothers, two sisters and his grandson. Thomas is survived by one brother, two sisters, his daughter-in-law Carol Carmella, his granddaughter, Michelle Barreto, and two great grandsons and one great granddaughter, his nieces Marie Roy and Cathy Godinez.
Graveside services on Tuesday, July 19 at 11:00 am at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Gowen Funeral Home, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ.
