Robert Javier Veras-Toribio, 22, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 in a motor vehicle accident on Route 18 North, New Brunswick. He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and came to the United States at the age of 9. Robert lived in New Brunswick and moved to North Brunswick after graduating New Brunswick High School.
Robert attended Middlesex County College in Edison for a brief period of time. He was working as the Manager of Dominos Pizza in North Brunswick for the past two years.
Robert enjoyed playing video games and soccer. He loved spending time with his family, girlfriend and friends.
He is survived by his Parents Roberto and Ramona, his sister Rosemary, his paternal grandparents Aristides Veras and Ana Abreu and his maternal grandparents Modesta Peguero and Mario Toribio, his girlfriend Leyvis Torres, and his best friends Kevin, Johan, Christian, Carlos, Allan Kelvin, and Adonis. And many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visiting will take place at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, on Friday, July 29, 2016 fro 4-8pm. Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart RC Church, Throop Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ at 10 am. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
