Luis loved football, chess and especially gatherings. Luis was such a good responsible husband, son, brother and father. He was always there for his loved ones.
I wish him well on his spiritual journey.
Luis is also survived by his loving son Carlos Alberto Garcia, his sisters Maria, Blanca and Sonia and his brother, Jame Garcia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him very much.
