Hilda (Denenberg) Schatzman 93, of Monroe Township, NJ, died Sunday at her residence.
Born In New Brunswick she resided in Highland Park for 46 years, before moving to Monroe township in 1986, Along with her late husband Jacob who died in 1996. She owned and operated Schatzman's Toy Store in Rahway NJ for over 40 years.
A caring and good natured person, Hilda was active for many years at Congregation Ahavas Achim, Highland Park. She was also active with the Order of the Golden Chain and the Amity Link Highland Park Chapter.
Daughter of the late Max and Annie (Freedman) Denenberg. Surviving are her son and daughter in law, Larry and Barbara Schatzman of East Brunswick, her sister Rosiland Dansky of Williamsburg, VA, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 1 pm today, (Tuesday), in the Van Liew Cemetery North Brunswick NJ.
Arrangements are by The Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Ave New Brunswick NJ
